How our repair service works?
You send us your unit. we will repair and send it back to you within 3-14 business days.
The service includes a complete repair of your unit, including of all the required parts and shipping back to you. (Does not include shipping to us).
After purchasing the package you will receive a file by email with specific instructions.
What should I do during and after purchase?
You will need to write to us in the Order Note on the checkout page following information:
– What’s wrong with your unit.
– Contact name and phone number.
– Email adress.
– Return address.
After the purchase, you will receive a downloadable file by email with instructions and a repair form. You need to download, print, fill out, paste it with the unit and send it to us at one of the addresses below. (The download link will be in the order email you will receive, under the “Downloads” section. Or go to the website – Top menu – PETACARE store – My account – Downloads)
When we receive your unit, our technicians will contact you by phone or email if we need more information.
When the unit is on its way back to you, we will let you know with a tracking number.
After you send us the unit, please send us an email with the tracking number of the package and your order number. If the package is not trackable, please let us know the delivery date, courier company and estimated arrival time.

NOTES:
1. the shipping address on the check-out page is the address to which we will send the unit back to you.
2. Select in check-out page expedited shipping if you would like us to return the unit to you after the repair in faster delivery.
3. Warranty on all types of repairs is for 6 months.
