1. Eligibility: is open only to those who owned PETACARE item and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of PETACARE, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
3. How to Enter: share a photo or video of your story to PETACARE’s Facebook or YouTube, or on the web-site where you made the purchase, and inform us by email: support@petacare-store.com
4. The value of your prize will be determined by meeting the requirements as specified, and at the sole discretion of PETACARE. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PETACARE. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of PETACARE.
5. Prizes:
– First Prize: PC-1701 or PC-1703 or PC-1704 + $40 gift card (~$300-550).
– Second Prize: PC-501 + $20 gift card (~$300).
– Third Prize: $20 gift card.
(Gift cards: for Walmart, eBay, Amazon, etc., at the discretion of PETACARE).
6. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by PETACARE. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at PETACARE’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for PETACARE to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
